Through My Eyes                                                                                                                                                                                          * More work on the sculpture of Tara Drolma!  It's time to work some more on the base! I've decided simply to cover the sides with clay. Some more views... After applying or slicking on a thin coat of wet clay I put on a thicker layer then smooth it with a masonry trowel. After it is completely covered I'll put a ledge underneath in preparation for casting.  There's a fair bit of filling in around the edges and forming the surface so that it looks more natural. Things are coming along quite well however!
