( Tahshi Deleh, gentle beautiful one! Kehrahng kusu debo yinpeh? It was Mom's birthday today so we celebrated a little. The other holiday celebrated on this day isn't worth it ( you may know about this already). Columbus it turns out wasn't at all as he is portrayed. He and the men who sailed with him acted much like the Chinese in Tibet and were responsible for the loss of an entire race from the world the Taino, the very people that came to greet his arrival. The leaves are actually starting to fall, so I'm thinking of looking at the far end of the Grove to see what can be put around the trees. I spent part of the day in the studio looking over the soil analysis and coming up with some thoughts about what to order. The soil in the Grove needs lots of magnesium, some calcium, and a fair amount of nitrogen, some potassium with bits of phosphorous, manganese, boron and so on. Lots is on the order of a few thousand pounds which is a new way of thinking for me! It's because of the sand probably, much of these were leached out and replaced by hydrogen which brought the pH down and made the soil somewhat acidic. Anyway, after that I headed up to the Grove to paint around the tree trunks. We need more of that milkpaint as I went through all of it and I'm not even halfway done! There's a bit more to do with our water system draining the lines at the top and then it will be ready for next year. After that I scythed among the native plantings and rested by your Medlar tree and almost fell asleep! It's been a busy few days! Everything is going well with us working two as one though. I'm going to do a bit of work on the land of Tibet tonight;I'll put this up for now so we can rest.
And so, as always we'll continue two as one on to tomorrow
my one gentle beautiful patient dream bright
long dark mane in sunlight
so for now I bid goodnight...Simjah Nahngo!)
( please see my spinning for you)
