I will never give up on what it stands for to us gentle beautiful one. )

(Tahshi Deleh gentle beautiful one! Kehrahng kusu debo yinpeh? I began the day by going for a run then returned to our studio to spin for you then to continue tidying up. You notice I go for a run every few days rather than more frequently. This I think works better at first because it allows time for the tendons and ligaments to strengthen up in between. They typically take longer to get used to the strain than the muscles do particularly in the winter weather. After that I headed out to do some business stuff then returned to our studio to work on our a land of Tibet. It took longer than I expected but went just fine! The water was rather high with all the rain so two as one we'll head to our sacred place tomorrow. Our commitment to each other is a great source of strength and hope to me beautiful one. I'll put this up a bit early so we can rest.
