Through My Eyes   We've completed the carving and are ready for some test printing!  We'll use a brush to put on the fabric paint then put the cloth on top and use a roller on top just as it's  done at the Derge Parkhang! Here's the script for our a land of Tibet!  As I mentioned I forgot about the need to reverse the carving.  This is one of the reasons  we're  making test blocks first! Here's the printing of the image and script. It came out quite well I think! Spots that it blurred in were places where the gaps were very narrow. We'll try to trim these a bit then do some more printing. With the carving a bit larger it shouldn't be difficult to get clear printing.                                                                                                                           * Here's the comparison to the design we've been using.  It's quite wondrous when the cloth comes up from the block with the sacred script.  It looks a lot like the design. With we two working as one it's going quite well!
