Here we are at the upper gate looking over at the mountains after the Christmas snowfall! I'll go down and check on the apple trees straight ahead. You can go over to the right for a bit to check on the medlar trees, kiwi vines, guomis, and aronias! We'll meet at the bottom of the hill by the willow ( I suppose I'd better explain what all those are at some point ( You may recognize a few of them. They are all fruits that have supported native peoples for hundreds, even thousands of years).
