Through My Eyes                                              



Friday November 18

( Our sacred place after another  tough week of patience. We quietly rest looking out at the evening sky still alight from the Tenger's blazing show. The ground is damp and cold beneath us and the air is cold and crisp in our nostrils.  We can hear the stream as it flows amid the branches of Beaver's dam to rush onto the rocks with glimmering waves and rise up in glowing white froth to swirl about the tops of the stones of the island on its way through the field on past the spirit trees near our studio. In the branches above we can hear the birds as they sing and the sudden fluttering as they fly from branch to branch.  Down at the base of the hill we can hear the trickle from a hill seep amid the pools of water among watersoaked tussocks that gleam in the twilight with crystal edges that are just beginning to freeze. A short distance away we can hear the swish of willows and grass in the evening wind as it begins. As always it's just a bit chilly. Brr..let's rest here awhile sharing our week with each other and talk of our future plans together. But first, let's look in your mirror! You focus...)
