Through My Eyes

Sunday November 6

(We continue reading Behaving as If the God in All Life Mattered!)

" My body began to fill, so to keep things from getting 'crowded', I decided to use my breath to flow my own energy into the tree. It was a pleasurable sensation-comforting and stabilizing. My body got so warm that when I returned to the tree the next night at midnight as instructed, I didn't bother wearing a coat.
I continued this routine for two weeks. Then I was told to stop. "
( Tibetan shamans have a process called tumo in which internal heat is generated through energy cultivation; in this case Machaelle is obtaining it naturally from the tree.)  I promise to add more tomorrow...

( Tahshi Deleh, gentle beautiful one! Kehrahng kusu debo yinpeh? I began the day in our studio spinning for you then headed up gang rinpoche ngah tso gi to complete draining the water lines. After that I began clearing around the tree trunks. The trees have grown fantastically this year! Then I rested by your Medlar tree as usual before returning to our studio to work on our a land of Tibet. You notice I put a newer picture of your Medlar tree where the other one was a few days ago. That's because it was dark by the time I got home so I used a picture I'd taken from a few weeks back. But yesterday I realized that the leaves had changed color and everything looked a lot different so I took another picture to bring us. Anyway, then I worked a bit more with the equipment and on the website. You notice I mentioned yesterday about the view Tibetans have toward living things. I felt it is important to note that the Dalai Lama's Five Point Peace Plan is very much a compromise position because Tibetans themselves do not, I believe view the natural world as a assemblage of creatures and things to be 'exploited' but as sacred. You may notice a bit of my tinkering now and again on the pages depending on how it works. I'm going to rest as for awhile on the outreach events and work more in the Grove and studio for now since there's still a lot to do here.  I'm going to work in the Grove tomorrow and in our studio. As we did today, two as one we'll get a lot done! I'll add our wildflowers then put this up a bit early  so we can rest.
And so, as always we'll continue two as one on  to tomorrow
