Through My Eyes                                               Wednesday  July 23                                                                                                                            * Our spirit tree from the bend in the stream.  The rain has made everything grow! ( It occurs to me that I should say this is one of our spirit trees since we have so many fine ones!  I worked in the studio on our lotus blossoms since everything was soaked outside.) I have to work on both at the same time so that they  look similar; it's easier to do this by doing the same sculpting on both at the same time.  I'm feeling a bit sore after yesterday's tree work! There are some big logs that can be used for sculpture; elm is a good wood for this although a bit hard. It looks terribly empty over the shed though; I'll miss that tree.  I'll stop for now and put this up a bit early as you and I can probably use the rest!  And so, as always we'll continue two as one on  to tomorrow                                                 my one gentle beautiful patient dream bright                                                                   long  dark mane in sunlight                                                                              so  for now I bid goodnight...Simjah Nahngo!)   ( please see my spinning for you)
