Through My Eyes

Monday  May 26

A good day to rest!  We can hear the surging water as it rushes by. ( I set out to spray the trees between the rains but realized I wasn't going to get very far. ) Let's read some more! (Please click on the picture... )

(please click here to listen along with me as always)

Through my eyes

( The pump is now under a couple of feet of sediment laden water and can't be used.  It will be a bit of a mess to clean up this time!  I can't easily get across right now without a canoe or something so bringing the spray solution across wouldn't work either!  I ended up doing a lot of website stuff. I added the monthly pages for April and May, then copied  all the recent photographs onto CDs, which took quite a while since there are a lot of them!  It was important to do; it would be awful to lose them as I did some last year.   I was looking at a picture of Gander hanging on the porch .  It's a very good picture of  him; he's marching about on his tour looking into things.  It was a poignant moment when I suddenly realized that it was printed from a file just before it was destroyed when the hard drive crashed .  I hope you liked the poem. It wasn't quite finished when I put it on the website so I made a few edits on it today.  It's nine o'clock already!  Well, it was good to get these things done. It wasn't a productive weekend for a Windhorse project but at least I got a little spinning done for our prayer flags!
And so, as always we'll continue on to tomorrow
                                      my one dream bright
so for now I bid goodnight!)

  ( please see my progress)
