Through My Eyes
Tuesday May 27
Here we're looking down on another flowering quince. ( It's beautiful isn't it? I thought you might like a little color after all these grey rainy days. It's near the stream not far from where we were yesterday.) I promise to add more tomorrow...
*( please click here to read of the day with me! )

( I got in from the Grove really late again. I was trying to spray the apple trees with sulfur spray in between the rains. I figured I could just carry the spray pack the long way around the stream and take water with a pail from the stream , carry it up and mix it. So that was what I did for a few hours. It went well as I'm getting better at it and was in much better shape than a few weeks ago . Unfortunately the bolt that holds the handle on the sprayer ( you pump on it to pressurize the tank I don't remember if I mentioned this) loosened up and the handle kept falling off! Since I was on the other side of the stream the wrench was far away and there's nothing like trying to stand on a wet ladder in semidarkness with a full spray pack trying to replace the handle every few minutes! I managed to finish though. I've thought of more ideas for a Windhorse project and our info site location. One of them has to do with a log from a long fallen tree not far from where the horsetail is. It is a gift to us that we will be able to use for our productions! But I will tell you of it when there's a bit more time.
And so, as always we'll continue on to tomorrow
my one dream bright
so for now I bid goodnight!)
( please see my progress)
