In the field below the Grove. ( After having gotten beyond the usual,I needn't say more of course, I'll just spin for you! I was in a rush to share the pictures of the stream but I will patiently wait. You and I will look at them first and then publish them together ! Through my eyes

( It's raining outside so I have a bit more time to tell you of things. I bought a microphone to record with. I need to do more work with it though as the recordings come out rather fuzzy! The Tibetan language research is going well so far. I found a website that sells a program that will allow us to type Tibetan figures which could probably be useful at http://www.nitartha.org ( I'm not sure about this yet though and it's a bit expensive) and another that offers a free evaluation version of the program http://www.tibet.dk/pktc/onlinepubs.htm. For the spoken language there's one which recommends language books http://www.tibetfocus.com/himalayas/language/ . I looked on Amazon.com; they had both of them. From the reviews, Learning Practical Tibetan seemed to be the better one to start with, with "Fluent Tibetan" being more comprehensive but a bit harder to study with.( I ordered the first one and this probably is a good one for us to start with.) So we are getting somewhere despite difficulties!

And so, as always we'll continue two as one on to tomorrow
